1. ¿Qué puedes ganar?

Habrá un (1) ganador que se llevará el premio:

• Dos (2) entradas para el Evento;

• Una (1) habitación de hotel doble para dos (2) personas durante una (1) noche; y

• Viaje de ida y Vuelta a Turín,

conjuntamente, (el “Premio“).

The tickets included in the Prize are for the Kings League finals matchday, taking place on the 22 May 2025, at Inalpi Arena Torino Italia, Piazzale Grande Torino 17 - 10134 Torino “Event”.

Travel to the Event includes economy air travel from Rome to Torino or economy (or equivalent) train travel from other major Italian cities, as appropriate depending on the location of the winner (“Travel”).

The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. The Prize is conditional upon the Event taking place. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Event. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

The Prize is personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

Nothing other than the Prize is included and it is the Winners’ responsibility to pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including but not limited to:

• transfers from the airport to the hotel and vice versa;

• travel to and from the Event;

• food, drink and other expenses;

• visa or other travel costs; and

• travel insurance.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• aged 18 years or over on the day they enter the prize draw;

• a resident of Italy;

• have a valid passport and right to travel to the Event; and

• have travel insurance covering the country in which the Event is taking place for the duration of the Event.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age and right to travel. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 12 May 2025 at 6pm (CET time) and ends on 14 May 2025 at 6pm (CET time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Follow @jdsportsit on Instagram (and be following when the winner is selected);

2. Like the Prize draw Instagram post (the “Post”); and

3. Tag one other user in the comments of the Post.

No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

Participation is limited to one entry per person. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

All valid entries will be entered into JD’s social media management tool which will export the entries. An electronic random name generator will be used to select the winner. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winners will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram and must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize within 96 hours, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the promotion; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize; (v) adhere to local laws in the country in which the Event is being run; and (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser which can be found here: https://www.ticketone.it/event/kings-league-lottomatica-sport-italy-inalpi-arena-20038580/?affiliate=KOS&modal=Termini%20e%20condizioni. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

7. Personal information

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners. The winner’s and their guest’s details may be passed onto third parties to arrange travel, accommodation and attendance at the Event.

8. Liability

JD will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

9. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

10. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
